| I would create a checklist of procedures for the antecedent interventions and have the staff self-monitor/self-score their procedural fideilty with antecedent interventions at least 2x per shift. I would also ask the shift manager to observe and do the same data collection at least 1x/week to support generalization when the BCBA is not present. | I would create a simple 1 page laminated task analysis for each of the antecedent interventions that can easily be found/referenced.
