Since the Performance Diagnostic Checklist - Human Services (PDC-HS) identified training as the area of concern, data collection should focus on: Baseline Data on Implementation Accuracy Conduct direct observations of Stephanie’s DTT implementation before intervention. Use a task analysis checklist to track the correct and incorrect steps of DTT. Measure percentage of correctly implemented trials to establish a baseline. Training Effectiveness Data Collect data during and after training to determine improvement. Use pre/post-assessments to measure Stephanie’s knowledge and confidence in DTT. Implement treatment integrity checks by another staff member or supervisor. Generalization and Maintenance Data Continue tracking implementation accuracy over time to assess skill retention. Collect social validity data (e.g., feedback from Stephanie on the training experience).

Since training deficits were identified, the intervention should focus on competency-based training with the following components:

Behavioral Skills Training (BST)

Instruction: Provide clear, structured training on DTT procedures.
Modeling: The behavior analyst demonstrates proper implementation.
