How might the procedures for data collection look for this response?Identify an intervention, or set of interventions, based on the PDC-HS data.
Collect data on data collection with IOA data and direct observation.

Modeling, BST, and feedback with weekly IOA data collection to monitor progress.

Treatment integrity checklist for DTT

BST of DTT

Observational data with specific DTT behaviors/skills being recorded.

List of needed skills for proficiency for teaching and recording to be reviewed with staff prior to teaching session, modeling an actual session for the staff member, and feedback after the session using the checklist.

Observe specific performances related to the Training domain, answer questions regarding those considerations, and operationally define the excess or deficiency of this issue to identify common problems.

Among the issues in the Training Domain, identify the causes of problems from 1) training deficiencies, 2) presence or absence of performance ability, and 3) personal issues, clarify the intervention methods, and in this area, intervene to reach the performance criteria one by one.

she would need more training, modeling,

I may record a session and review implementation with tech as they track their own mistakes.

Following modeling and rehearsal, I may have a sheet with steps listed for DTT.

She should receive more traning via modeling and then get feedback on her responses.

Stephanie should be trained correctly in DTT.

Procedures for data collection may include a self monitoring checklist that the therapist fills out as she completes the steps of DTT.

It sounds like it may be good to start with Behavior Skills Training: That includes direct instruction and explanation of prompt hierachies and the use of DTT. the he role play and feed back section might include a recording so the person can see themselves preforming the task and take data on their correct implementation using a fidelity checklist that is later turned into a self monitoring checklist.

BST

BST-

BST. Model, observe, prompt and give feedback

Create task analysis of steps included in correct error correction implementation and document whether or not each step was completed correctly

Provide clear instructions on how to implement error correction procedures along with a written checklist to be utilized during DTT

Use the PDC-HS Checklist and look at knowledge of the steps, modeling, practice and feedback.

Use the PDC-HS Checklist and determine if the employee knows the steps, the steps have been modeled, and they had an opportunity to practice and receive feedback.

track correct trials for a DTT session of typical length (eg. 20 minutes)

Uitilize behavior skills training

Video recording or direct observation.

Behavior Skills Trainig.

Instruction on how to implement, modeling of how to implement, rehearsal where the trainee will practice the skill, feedback from supervisor. Repeat last two steps until mastery criterion is achieved.

BST, Modeling

Using BST and modeling may be recommended

A checklist maybe used
