How might data be collected for this target response?Identify several interventions that might help improve response rates. Place them in order with the least-restrictive at the top so that the interventions may be introduced systematically, adding more restrictive / less favorable interventions after the outcomes of less restrictive options have been measured.
give feedback to others and IOA

Visual TA of procedures to be followed. Follow check done by supervisor. Put in reinforcement and consequences of behavior if needed.

End of day checks for recorded data.

Text prompting to collect data at the start of the trip. Weekly check in to go over performance and data.

daily self monitoring sheet

reduce complexity of the data collection.
clarify expectations
provide visual sample

remove other competing reinforcers

IOA data, checklist and self-report

Self-report checklist, Feedback from supervisor, performance review reflection, and modification of staff

self monitoring on data collection

sending out chats/ email to prompt
checklist with daily duties- self-monitoring

Performance consequences effort and competition domain

Intervention, training and support, optimize environment

frequency

Increase motivation by providing staff with some reinforcement for helping them collect data and implement the plan.

Checklist, self monitoring
video review of data, direct review of data collected, direct observation to determine number of trials ran vs. number of data points

Performance feedback, reinforcement protocol for implementation of data collection

interview staff get their input on their role and gather barriers to data collection

Observation data and self-monitoring checklists

Increased supervisor presence, Performance feedback

direct observation and self-monitoring

Have staff self-monitor their behaviors
incentivize staff with rewards for completing data & use of professional tone
Provide formal corrective feedback

Training on data collection and signed assent from staff, visual and auditory prompts for data collection, shared visual for data collected per day/week

Training on data-collection and signed assent from staff
Visual prompts for data collection
Auditory prompts for data collection
Shared visual for data collection
Shared visual for data collection with staff names

BCBA observation, PI

Implement PI and share graphs of their progress

start with the performance, continue to the effort and then the competition.

Each staff is responsible for their data collection.

monitor data
I'd be interested in ABC data as well as data related to a specific checklist related to process and requirements. Lastly, I would take social validity data for the purpose of finding out why motivation is lacking.

Create a positive reinforcement system, specifically a group contingency that would allow for healthy competition while working together to meet targets, resulting in frequent rewards.

Direct observations or video to reduce likelihood of effects of bias

Motivation for staff through reinforcement for completing various job tasks
Graphed data without names presented (group contingency)
Graphed data with names presented (individual)
Consequences for tasks not completed, including posted data and identified performance improvement plan
