Other behavior analysts not fully understanding or engaging in appropriate ethics. Professionals that have come before me. I have the 'little a', so I already have to tread with caution and spend even more time pairing and building rapport. It is challenging and for the most part - challenges to me are something that sparks my interest. However, this is a continued hurdle that has created more frustration than anything else. It hinders my own ability to keep my demeanor positive. Especially when I have to put in unbillable time that insurance doesn't reimburse just to simply make a difference and correct wrongs that have been placed by others that were on the case before me.

When consulting at a school, it can sometimes be delicate to make recommendations alongside other therapy providers-- SLP's, OT's, Psychologists, etc. All have amazing value...sometimes just has to be navigated delicately.
