| While John shows the ability and skill-set to engage in a job within an inclusion setting, he requires a more compatible inclusion context. In order to thrive in a job-setting, it is recommended that a different inclusion setting is arranged for John, one that incorporates more of his interest such as socializing with others. Within this process, it would also be recommended to retrieve feedback from John on if there's a particular job within this setting that he feels he would be a better fit for such as bagging groceries, where he can more easily socialize with customers.

| Training on appropriate social behavior and recognizing social cues
|
| It is possible that this environment is not the best choice for John- if he is easily distracted by people, perhaps he should either be placed in a position where there are less distractions, or where talking to people is part of his job. If that is not possible, it should be recommended to do an ecological assessment to determine what the job entails and use BST to target specific skills. We can teach John strategies for re-engaging after becoming distracted and teach him self-monitoring skills for determining how much time he should be spending in conversation vs. completing his tasks.
