Identify an intervention, or set of interventions, based on the PDC-HS data.

Based on the PDC-HS results, interventions will focus on improving task clarification and prompting. Staff will receive clear written or visual guides, along with Behavior Skills Training including modeling, rehearsal, and feedback. Prompting systems and performance feedback will support accurate implementation, and in-situ coaching will provide real-time guidance. The goal is to ensure consistent and effective delivery of antecedent interventions to help consumers manage stress.
