How might data be collected for this target response?	Collect direct descriptive data on staff performance. Create a momentary time sampling system to check if staff are implementing antecedent interventions frequently.
Identify an intervention, or set of interventions, based on the PDC-HS data.	Create a written list of antecedent interventions with a description of these interventions that is available to staff at all times. (Either on a hanging clipboard/binder or on electronic data collection devices). Provide visual aids to prompt staff to utilize the interventions in a coded format that the residents cannot see/read (such as colored squares on the walls in area where interventions are typically placed).
