Identify an intervention, or set of interventions, based on the PDC-HS data.	Daily or hourly phone reminders for a few days. Design self-monitoring checklists/datasheets as a Google Form so as to capture completion times accurately. Post checklist/data results or review results at team meetings routinely. Extend phone reminders for any procedures with continued low completion rates. Recruit supervisor to monitor procedure completion when on-site. Interview staff about additional needed improvements.
