How might data be collected for this target response?	Provide additional training and review of the antecedent intervention in place
Identify an intervention, or set of interventions, based on the PDC-HS data.	Create a systematic data sheet for recording the behavior and place it in a visually accessible location so that it serves as a visual reminder to take the data as well as record the data. Each person involved should be required to record their own data to serve as IOA for the antecedent intervention to determine if it is working to decrease the behaviors and if it is effective. An environmental inventory should be conducted to see if there are ways to decrease the likelihood of the behavior occurring that is related to the environment.
