| How might data be collected for this target response? | Identify several interventions that might help improve response rates. Place them in order with the least-restrictive at the top so that the interventions may be introduced systematically, adding more restrictive / less favorable interventions after the outcomes of less restrictive options have been measured. |

| I would do observations and encourage the supervisor do this as well, with consideration that there might be bias from the supervisor I would look for another individual for input as well. Staff questionnaire? | Begin by scheduling increased supervision, collecting data on staff response target behaviors (such as accessing data binders and client engagement). After several days, review data to see if desired effect on behavior change is observed. If not, move into performance feedback for staff who have not met target criteria. Once this has been implemented for a few days, use data review on targeted staff behavior, and, if needed, add in an intervention for highlighting staff performance more publicly. This might include a group contingency/summary of performance data. For those not responding well to the interventions so far, consider reduction of task/aversive components while you train up desired skills. |
| Permanent Product review of data being recorded each session | Performance Feedback |
| Checklist | Self observation, retraining |
| BA observation; self-report/checklist | 1. performance feedback/BST |
| observe staff. record time the staff spends colleccitng data. time staff spends doing other activties (record those activties) | reduce response effort to collect data (data sheets easy to use), binders or data sheets near, |
| Number of recordings, interview with staff and record their responses | self monitoring |
| Checklist | Self monitoring |
| collect number of data sheets actually completed | unsure |
| checking data binders, check ins, self monitoring | self monitoring |
| momentary interval of how often engaging with kids | Show staff percent of time they are with kids. REview NET. Take IOA |
| using simple checklists that hang on wall for easy | give clear instructions using visual supports, checklists |
| Target response, Permanent product review, Percentage of opportunities | Reduce Response Effort |
| Data collection could include observing staff and recording whether data sheets are completed during sessions and how often data is missed. | Interventions could start with performance feedback and reminders, then add incentives or recognition for data collection, and lastly implement more structured accountability if data collection does not improve. |
| Review and feedback | -reinforcement project to establish preferred interactions and responses |
| Performance measures | Performance checklists |
| Self monitoring | Checklist noting if they did or did not do the activities required |
| direct observation | Increased supervisor presence Performance feedback Regularly highlight task outcomes Reduce task effort Reduce aversive task properties |
| frequency of unprofessional conversations | review expectations individually and in group setting |
| BA collect data on days data complete vs incomplete | 1. Review data collection with staff using BST and tell them camp can be fun but we want to be sure to get this in 2. Display graph of data collected by BA on data completion across staff and reward most completed data 3. If staff has below 30% data collection completion over 3 weeks, with training support, cases will be decreased and training will be concentrated |
| supervisor observations, data is collected at the end of each shift in regards to data collection binders and consumer protocol | provide in vivo feedback |
| Review security camera footage, interview staff members, interview those within the day center | Reduce task effort/aversive task properties |
| Staff collecting data on each other, observations | BST |
| self-monitoring of interactions | 1. self-monitoring interactions |
