I think it’s important to how to ethically consider training a trainee who is older or more seasoned in a company and knowing that sometimes the conflict is the flexibility in the supervisor being new and less experienced being there boss is a difficult transition that can impact procedural fidelity. Training a supervisor in knowing how to validate those staffs feelings and work together using each others knowledge would be helpful to learn when preparing to work in the real world.
