It would see that a more appropriate inclusion context would be one in which John can uses his interest in people to his advantage. For instance being a cashier or greeter in which talking to customers is expected. This may allow him to succeed. He may need additional social skills training in order to be successful.

In addition it would be importance to work on social acceptance/making friends outside of work so that John has another way to connect with people.
