Identify several interventions that might help improve response rates. Place them in order with the least-restrictive at the top so that the interventions may be introduced systematically, adding more restrictive / less favorable interventions after the outcomes of less restrictive options have been measured.	- Implement task list posted for each staff so that they can mark when data collection is done (at the end of the day). - Re train staff on treating clients without engaging in dual relationships with their colleagues. - Reinforce top performers individuals that re-engage in completing daily tasks (including trials and data collection with their clients) with a token of appreciation (coupon for a restaurant for example) once a month. - Have cameras in the place of work.
