I will use direct observation with skill acquisition checklists aligned with the BACB task list, pre/post knowledge assessments focused on applied scenarios, and informal stakeholder feedback (e.g., caregivers, teachers, and team members) regarding professionalism and clinical performance. These measures will allow me to evaluate both technical implementation skills and professional behaviors targeted during supervision.
