What is your level of awareness of your clients’ histories?

I feel well-informed with regard to most clients' histories

I know about some, but for others there is less information available

Despite some attempts to document client history, the completeness of the accounts is suspect

This information has not been collected and very little is known

Up to now there has been little need for this type of information
