What has been your method for identifying criteria for effective treatment?

I always aim for total elimination of problem behavior.

I try to use criteria determined by the expectations of the natural environment.

Criteria is often based on a specific context.

None of these describe my methods for identifying an end-of-treatment criterion for the rate of target behavior.
