What has been your experience with engaging residential or day program staff?

I have had some successes and some continued frustrations.

Working with residential staff has gone well.

I have few experiences in this work setting.

I have worked in a position where I have some degree of control over supervising residential or day program staff that work with my clients.

In my experience, the cooperation of residential or day program staff has been critical for program implementation but I was not able to directly supervise them.

None of these options describe my past experience.
