Getting the trainess/supervisees to implement recommendations

Running supervision meetings

Making time for supervision activities

Setting boundaries so I am not supervising every minute of the day

Getting started with a system for documentation and creating training materials

Something else not listed here

I don't expect it to be a challenge at all
