To what degree is identifying a manageable research question a barrier conducting research at work?

There are many research questions at my place or work that may be investigated without too much trouble.

While there are many research questions, the actual implementation of a project to answer these questions would be somewhat burdensome at my place of work.

It is unclear how the clinical barriers at work would translate into research questions that would be manageable to implement.
