In your experience, what has the role of the behavior analyst been in transitioning clients to jobs?

The behavior analyst acted as a leader in the process.

The behavior analyst was consulted by others who led the process.

The behavior analyst was invited to meetings but needed to speak up for input to be valued.

The behavior analyst was called to address problem behaviors as needed.

The behavior analyst was all but excluded from the process.

None of these options describe my clinical experiences.

I have not yet had the opportunity to observe or participate in this type of transition.
