2.0: Do you have any gaps in your own training and experience that you are interested in addressing using the procedure described in LeBlanc, Heinicke and Baker (2012)?

Yes, I already have a skill and strategy worked out

I do have a skill I would like to acquire but am unsure of how I will implement the strategy exactly

I do not presently have any competencies I feel I need to develop but will keep this strategy as an option for the future
