Library Access Trouble

This page is displayed when a user attempts to access the library but was not authenticated.

REASONS WHY AUTHENTICATION FAILS

  1. User is not enrolled. If you are not yet a library user, you can enroll here. Enrollment is free, and is also automatically included with purchase.
  2. Enrolled, but authentication failed. For new users, gaining access to the library may fail. If you are enrolled but cannot access the library, follow these steps.
    • Try again from a different connection. Log into CEUey from your phone, or a different internet connection, and attempt to access the library.
    • Then, clear cache. From the device and connection where authentication had failed, log out and back in to clear user cache. Then try again to enter the library.
