A problem with lesson progression was identified on Monday, July 13 and is currently being worked on toward a resolution. This problem might look like the following:
- Quizzes not working correctly
- Done button and advance arrows not advancing properly
- Unreliable lesson progression green checkmarks, displaying more progress or less progress than was actually made
If you encounter this issue, use the navigation menu on the right to advance. This problem should not affect your completion of the course. The green course progress indicators are for your own feedback and will have no bearing on actual course completion. The course is complete when the certificate is received following the final quiz, even if the course progress is not reading 100%.
