Following the rules and being an effective supervisor requires some preparation. This course provides a review of the ethical coders pertaining to supervision, application of those codes from recent research, presentation of a framework for approaching supervision, and options for training and feedback delivery. The content includes many opportunities to apply and rehearse content, resources for application of material to supervision, and full-text downloads of BACB-cited supervision-related articles.
Course Pacing: This course is 3 Supervision-type CEUs and should take 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete (50 minutes/CEU, per the BACB). A course timer is provided at the end of the course. The timer is an imperfect guide and it is recommended that users informally log their time. User verification of time spent, and additional reading, are provided in the course survey presented prior to the final quiz.
