Following the rules and being an effective supervisor requires some preparation. This course provides a review of the ethical codes pertaining to supervision, application of those codes from recent research, presentation of a framework for approaching supervision, and options for training and feedback delivery. The content includes many opportunities to apply and rehearse content, resources for application of material to supervision, and full-text downloads of BACB-cited supervision-related articles.
This course is 3 Supervision-type CEUs and is designed to take 2 hours and 30 minutes.
