Cassie as being consistently late for appointments, leaving early, and often texting while she is delivering therapy.

Cassie’s supervisor provided corrective feedback and also developed a remediation plan whereby Cassie was more closely monitored for her performance with a checklist of professional standards. In addition, the supervisor provided a professionalism training that provided clear boundaries for RBTs when working in different environments and several problem-solving scenarios. The RBT was also advised to read and master the Code of Ethics systematically so that it can perform ABA therapy following the established requirements.
