HIPAA for Behavior Analysts presents the HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Rule as they pertain to the various job positions and tasks of a behavior analyst. Information and resources pertaining to client authorizations, collected data, and electronic communication are included. The final lesson covers similarities and differences between the HIPAA rules and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
